Meet Mr. Mark Gomez, PMHNP-BC Mr. Mark Gomez is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Provider specializing in psychiatry and psychotherapy. With over a decade of experience and a strong foundation as an Army Nurse since 2013, Mr. Gomez brings discipline, compassion, and clinical expertise to his practice. He offers in-person consultations at Enlightenment LLC in Las Vegas, NV, and virtual services to expand access to care across the region. Mr. Gomez earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and is currently completing his Doctorate at Graceland University. A proud member of Sigma Theta Tau International, he is deeply committed to excellence and lifelong learning. Fluent in both English and Tagalog, Mr. Gomez is known for his ability to connect with a diverse range of patients. OSORIO
Meet Mariclar Vizcarra Osorio, PMHNP-BC Mariclar Vizcarra Osorio is a dual-board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) through the ANCC and AANP, with over three decades of nursing experience. With a strong foundation in Critical Care and Public Health, Ms. Osorio has spent much of her career serving Veterans and advocating for comprehensive mental health care across all age groups. Her journey began in the Philippines, where she grew up on a military base and witnessed the psychological impact of war firsthand. These early experiences inspired a lifelong mission: to raise awareness for mental health, promote healing, and ensure that no one’s emotional pain is overlooked. Today, Ms. Osorio brings that mission to life by providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care. Fluent in both English and Tagalog, she supports a diverse patient population with empathy and dedication. Known for her strong clinical judgment, calming presence, and holistic approach, she ensures patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. Ms. Osorio is deeply committed to the ethical values outlined by the American Nurses Association and believes in the dignity of every individual—regardless of background, belief, or circumstance.

CLARETE
Meet Mr. Kenneth Clarete, PMHNP-BC Mr. Kenneth Clarete is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in mental health care, particularly with Veterans. His passion for psychiatry began in 2007 during a transformative clinical rotation, where his first patient experience ignited a lifelong commitment to mental wellness and recovery. Mr. Clarete earned his Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and holds a master’s in nursing education. He has served as a clinical instructor at the Arizona College of Nursing and actively contributes to the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a test developer for the PMH nursing certification exam. He provides evidence-based treatment that includes both medication management and therapeutic support. Fluent in English and Tagalog, Mr. Clarete connects with patients from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to take charge of their mental health and well-being. A lifelong learner and member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), Mr. Clarete is dedicated to advancing his practice and plans to pursue a doctorate with a special focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community.
